How to Add More Footers to Powerpoint 2010
A footer sits at the bottom of a page or, in the case of PowerPoint, a slide, and provides some information about what lies above. PowerPoint has a footer creation tool that you can use to make a footer on a slide or for a handout. PowerPoint will recognize only one footer per page or slide, but you can add more footers if you want by the simple expedient of copying and pasting the original.

1
Launch PowerPoint and click the Insert tab. Click the "Header and Footer" button and it will launch a dialog box in which you can insert your footer. Click the check box next to Footer and then type in the footer information you want. If you want the footer to appear only on one slide, click "Apply." If you want the same thing to appear on every slide, click "Apply to All." Use the same process of adding a footer to a notes page or handout page by clicking the tab from them in the dialog box.

Click the footer at the bottom of the slide. Press "Ctrl" and "C" to copy it and then "Ctrl" and "V" to paste a copy of it. Click and drag to move the additional footer to where you want it on the slide. Click the text to edit it. Note that you will have to do this for each slide individually.

Click the View tab in the Microsoft Office ribbon. Click Slide Master. In the footer at the bottom of the slide, type what you want into the text box. Copy and paste the text box, move it and then change the text to what you want it to say. Repeat this for all the footers you want to add. Click "Close Master View" and the footers will be the same on every slide in your presentation.

Click Notes Master or Handout Master in the View tab. Use the same copy-and-paste technique to add more footers to either or both of these. Click "Close Master View" when you're done editing.

Tips & Warnings
Only one of the additional footers will be recognized by PowerPoint as a footer, so if you need to remove any of them, you'll have to manually delete it rather than just disabling the footer from the dialog box.
