How to Crochet a Super Wide Head Warmer

Chain 20 stitches. If you would like the headband to be even wider, chain more stitches.

Complete round one by half double crochet stitching in each stitch. Chain one, then turn. For round two, insert the hook in the loop below where the hook usually enters. Then stitch a double crochet stitch. At the end of the row, chain one and turn.

Repeat the same pattern from rows one and two until the piece measures 21 inches, or the desired length. Slip stitch the ends together to create the headband.
