How to Cut Onion Wedges
Cutting onions can be challenging: a harder onion makes it easy to cut the desired shapes. Use a sharp knife for optimally shaped wedges and always wash the onion thoroughly before cutting. Onion wedges are ideal on the barbecue grill and also in side dishes such as roasted red onions, onions and carrots with beef and broccoli, and also in stews and soups. Does this Spark an idea?
