Always spell-check your entire PowerPoint 98/2000 presentation to make sure everything is correct. Spelling errors will make even the most polished work look unprofessional.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Open the presentation.
Step2
Go to the Tools menu and select Spelling.
Step3
If a misspelled word is found, select Change to use PowerPoint's suggested spelling or to change the word to the spelling of your choice; type your own spelling into the window.
Step4
Select Add to add the word to your spell-check dictionary, so that PowerPoint won't think it's misspelled next time. (This is useful for proper names and technical terms that aren't in the basic dictionary.)

Tips & Warnings

  • In spell-check, click Ignore All to skip all instances of this word in your presentation.
