Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Open the presentation.

  2. Step 2

Go to the Tools menu and select Spelling.

  3. Step 3

If a misspelled word is found, select Change to use PowerPoint's suggested spelling or to change the word to the spelling of your choice; type your own spelling into the window.

  4. Step 4

Select Add to add the word to your spell-check dictionary, so that PowerPoint won't think it's misspelled next time. (This is useful for proper names and technical terms that aren't in the basic dictionary.)

Tips & Warnings
  • In spell-check, click Ignore All to skip all instances of this word in your presentation.
