How to Attach a Simplicity Snowblower Snow Shield
A snowblower shield is an attachment for the handle of the snowblower to protect the user from getting a face full of snow. Simplicity snowblowers only have shield attachments for their single stage machines. Using the snow shield helps keep your vision clear while plowing the snow, which decreases safety risks such as plowing into something if your vision was clouded with snowflakes. Place the plastic shield over the metal frame and snap it in place over the metal arms.

Slip the bottom of the shield over the snowblower handle about 1 foot from the top of the handle.

Place the clamps over the sides of the handle and tighten the screws in the sides of the clamps to hold the snow shield in place. Tighten the clamps at the base of the shield and at the top of the handle.
