How to Change the Attach Letters in Illustrator
Adobe Illustrator's Type on a Path tool allows you to attach text to any path, such as those created by the Line or Shape tools. Once attached, the text remains editable without having to detach it from the path. As an example, you might want to change the font, size or color of the letters. You also have the option of adding text effects, such as bold or italicized letters.
