How to Read & Burn a CIF File
A CIF file is an image format that stores information from optical media, including CDs, DVDs and Blu Ray discs. CIF images are a convenient way to back up a disc’s contents while maintaining its original file and folder structure. If you wish to back up such data, various third-party utilities can successfully read and write all available information to a new disc.
