How to Customize Google Blogger Favicons
Google’s Blogger service adds a favicon to all hosted blogs by default. The Blogger favicon is a white “B” inside an orange square and the tiny logo appears in the left-hand side of the Web browser address bar when a visitor views your blog. You can change the favicon on your blogs by replacing the image with your own custom image file, providing the image is square and below 100 Kb in size. Once you’ve created an image in GIF, JPG or BMP file format with your computer’s Microsoft Paint application or any other graphic design program, upload it to your blog from the Blogger Design settings page.

Tips & Warnings
Resize an existing or new image file in Microsoft Paint with the “Resize” tool. Deselect the “Maintain Aspect Ratio” check box, then enter the same size value in the height and width input boxes to make the image square. Keep the image small to reduce its file size. Premium graphic programs also include a Resize tool.
Remove the favicon image at any time by clicking “Edit” in the Favicon box on the Add and Arrange Page Elements page and clicking the “Remove” link.
