      Push the knobs in toward the range before turning them if you find they won’t move.

      Ensure the cooktop cord is plugged completely into the outlet if the burner won’t light when the knobs are turned. Also check and change the fuse or circuit breaker, if necessary.

      Remove the burner heads and wash them off in warm, soapy water, and then rinse them in clean water, if they appear dirty and the burners won’t light. Unclog the small holes on the heads with a sewing needle if they’re plugged up.

      Turn the knobs away from the “Lite” position if the knob keeps making the ticking noise after it has been lit.

Tips & Warnings

  • The manufacturer recommends using only Cerama Bryte to clean the top surface of the cooktop. It will leave a white residue that you can wipe off with a paper towel.
