Iron it. Set the iron's heat level to medium or high or choose the setting that matches the T-shirt's material. Smooth the T-shirt out over the ironing board or other flat surface. Lightly mist the T-shirt with water from a spray bottle and iron it quickly. Avoid leaving the iron in one spot for more than two or three seconds, as you might burn it.

Tips & Warnings
Depending on the particular iron, you can also add water to the iron's reservoir to use its steam feature.
When traveling, unpack your clothing items and hang them up as soon as possible.
To avoid wrinkles, fold or hang your T-shirts and other clothes as soon as they come out of the dryer.
If the shirt contains raised designs or objects hanging from it such as beads or jewelry, iron the T-shirt inside out. Otherwise, you might permanently damage the T-shirt.
Use distilled water to prevent mineral buildup in the iron reservoir, as it can cause the iron to spill rusty water onto your clothing items.
