How to Make a Friend Be Unseen on Facebook
Just because you are friends with someone on Facebook doesn’t mean you want to follow that person’s every single move online. Facebook automatically subscribes you to all of your friends’ updates, which means you see status updates, photos, posts and comments in your news feed. If you want to hide items from a particular friend and no longer see the friend in your news feed, you can unsubscribe from her updates.

Locate the friend you want to hide within your Facebook account. You can search your friends or type the person’s name into the search bar at the top of your homepage.

Click the “Subscribed” button at the top of your friend’s profile, and a drop-down menu appears.
