How to Transfer Contacts From the iPhone to iTunes on Windows 7
ITunes allows you to back-up and transfer information from your iPhone to your Windows 7 computer. The software provides four programs to sync with your iPhone contacts. ITunes syncs with Windows Contacts, Outlook, Google Contacts and the Yahoo! Address Book.

Open iTunes on your computer.

Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable.

Click on the name of your iPhone in the "Devices" pane of iTunes.

Select the "Info" tab at the top of the main iTunes screen.

Check the box next to "Sync Contacts."

Select the program you want to sync your contacts with from the drop-down box.

Click the "Apply" button. Click the "Merge" or "Replace" button to instruct iTunes on what to do with your existing contacts.
