How to Kill Anope Services
Anope Services is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) protocol for messaging by text over the Web. It comes with a number of features that help you run an IRC network, including NickServ, which is a nickname management service; MemoServ, a system for messaging offline users; and BotServ, a suite of services for bots, which are automated programs that appear as users. Though Anope guarantees the stability of the builds it releases for download, any program can freeze or fail to respond. Windows kills unresponsive programs with the Task Manager.
