How to Run a PowerPoint Slide Show

After you've created your PowerPoint slide show, you will want to view it. PowerPoint 98/2000 makes this very easy.

Instructions

1. Open your completed presentation.

2. Go to the Slide Show menu and select View Show or press the F5 function key.

3. Single click to advance each slide or let the transition effects you included in the presentation automatically advance the slides.

4. Press the "S" key or Plus (+) key to pause the presentation.

5. Single click to continue the presentation.

6. Press the Page Up or Page Down keys to go forward or back in the presentation.
