How to Scan an HP 6210 on a Mac
The HP Officejet 6210 all-in-one printer comes equipped with a flatbed scanner built into the top of the device. This feature allows you to convert text documents and photographs into a digital format suitable for editing on a connected computer. You can operate the scanner in two ways on your Mac: via the device's control panel, or from the Image Capture application that comes packaged with the OS X operating system. The former method is optimal if you wish to scan and edit a single document, while the latter allows for performing multiple scans for later use.
