How to Install Kindle on the iPad
The Amazon Kindle app for the iPad is a fully featured e-book reader designed to synchronize with your Amazon Kindle collection. You can install the free app from the iTunes App Store in a matter of seconds. Once installed, you are able to access all the e-books you purchased through Amazon and sync your reading position between the iPad app and other devices, including the Kindle.

Tap the "App Store" icon on your iPad home screen.

Tap the search box. Enter "Kindle" as your search term and then tap the "Search" button.

Select "Kindle" from the search results page.

Tap the "Free" button below the Kindle icon and then tap "Install." Enter your Apple ID password to authorize installation.

Tips & Warnings
Tap the Kindle icon on the iPad home screen to launch the app. Upon first launch, you are prompted to enter your Amazon account credentials. Once you sign in, any books you purchased are synced to your iPad device.
