How to Make a Frame Out of the Stampin' Up Scallop Border Punch
Create perfect frames for your handmade cards and scrapbook layouts with the Stampin’ Up Scallop Border Punch tool. Measure the size frame that you would like to make.

Add 1/2 inch to each side of the frame measurement and cut out your piece of paper.

Flip your Stampin’ Up Scallop Border Punch upside down so that you can see the cutting mechanism.

Insert the piece of paper you cut out and line it up to the punch.

Apply pressure to the punch and cut out each side of the frame until you have made it around to where you started.
