How to Beat "Angry Birds IV" on the iPhone
"Angry Birds" is one of the most well-known phone apps out there, primarily because of its addictive nature. The addiction comes from not always being able to beat stages or levels, though. There is no one particular way to beat "Angry Birds IV" on the iPhone. Different people will beat it in different ways. The key to success is knowing the capability of your birds and where to target them.

1
Launch the red bird at points where you simply want to do damage. It is a generic bird in the sense that it’s not the weakest, nor strongest. It doesn’t do any of the tricks that other birds do. So pick a spot you think needs destroying and launch the bird.
-
2
Launch the blue bird at the glass bricks. They are very effective at breaking the glass, but not as effective on wood or cement. Also, the blue bird will break apart into three smaller birds, making it useful if you have easily accessible pigs that are scattered apart.

3
Launch the yellow bird at wood, as that is where it does the most damage. The yellow bird is not as effective on glass or cement. In addition, the yellow bird accelerates when you tap the screen after launch, which can magnify the damage it causes. Keep this in mind when choosing targets.

4
Launch the black bird in crowded areas. The black bird will knock out materials first, then explode to destroy anything in its path after it has landed. It works equally well on glass, wood and cement. For this reason, you should position the black bird in areas where pigs are nestled behind a lot of material.

5
Launch the white bird in areas where you want to do double damage. Most players realize the potential of the egg bomb it drops and use it to precisely target areas. The bird itself, however, will also do damage. The white bird lifts at a 30 degree angle after it drops an egg bomb. This means you can fly in low, drop an egg bomb on a target and change the trajectory of the bird so that its body does damage to higher-placed structures, creating twice the damage from one bird.
-
6
Launch the green bird past the target you want to hit. Because the green bird has a boomerang path that comes back to targets, it is most effect in hitting pigs that are at the far right side of the screen or pigs that are too protected on the left side.

Tips & Warnings
Destruction counts for more than just points. In some levels, you won’t have the ideal bird for the task at hand. In such cases, try to do the most damage possible with the bird you have. Not only will it run up your points, it will make the structure easier to destroy with the remaining birds.
