1
Fasten the two pieces of 4-foot and the two pieces of 20-inch 2-by-4 lumber together to create a rectangle by driving nails with a nail gun through the ends of the lumber. Lay the pieces on edge, with the 20-inch pieces inside the 4-foot pieces.
-
2
Lay the rectangle frame on the ground and place the 2-by-4-foot plywood on top of the rectangle frame. Attach the plywood using the nail gun.
-
-
3
Cut a 45-degree angle on the ends of the 10-inch 2-by-4 pieces, using a miter saw. These are the legs.
-
4
Fasten the legs to the underside of the plywood, adjoining each leg to the rectangle skirt using the nail gun.
-
5
Drill multiple 6-inch holes as desired in the plywood with a hole saw connected to a drill. Then, sand the entire game by attaching medium-grit sandpaper to an orbital sander and sanding smooth.
-
6
Blow off the dust with an air compressor. Paint your bean bag toss game with exterior paints using a paintbrush and let dry three to four hours. Then apply a coat of polyurethane to seal the wood using a clean paintbrush. Allow to dry overnight, then enjoy the game.
