How to Use the New Gmail APK for Android

Applications for the Android operating system are installed from the Android Market and have the .APK extension on them that identifies them as Android program files. You can install the latest Gmail APK file from the Android Market, which will install the latest version of the Gmail application onto your Android phone or tablet device.

Instructions

1. Open the App Drawer on your Android device.

2. Open the Market application.

3. Tap the Search button then type "gmail" in the search area and press or tap the "Enter" button.

4. Select the "Gmail" app created by "Google Inc." and then tap the "Download" button.

5. Tap "Accept & download" to install the latest Gmail APK application on your device.

6. Tap the Home button, open your App Drawer and tap on the Gmail application to open and use it.
