Check to make sure all electronic equipment such as your television, Xbox 360 and Kinect are turned on, are on the correct settings and that "The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout" game has been correctly inserted into the Xbox 360.

Listen for the voice prompt that will direct you to create a profile. As soon as the game loads, it will welcome you to the game and ask you to create a profile.

Stand several feet back from your television screen, when directed by the video game to create a profile because during the creation of the profile, the Kinect device will scan your body.

Follow the series of prompts to create your profile such as "Choose from Bob Harper or Jillian Michaels to be your trainer," and "Select from various challenges to take your fitness workouts to the next level." To make selections at each prompt, move your hand over your choice until it is highlighted. You do not have to place your hand directly on the screen. The Kinect sensor will pick up your hand movement from several feet away.

Continue to make selections with hand movements as directed by the game until the game notifies you that your profile has been created. The workout will start immediately after your profile has been created.
