Place the hula hoop on a flat surface such as a table. Gather the supplies needed and put them within easy reach. Take the artificial pine greenery and wrap it around the hula hoop. Use enough greenery to cover the hula hoop’s frame completely. Make adjustments to cover any bare spots or bend stray pieces back in place.

Secure the artificial pine greenery to the hula hoop with the craft wire. Cut the craft wire or twist ties into strips 6-inches in length with the wire cutters. Wrap the craft wire strips or the twist ties around the pine greenery every 4 to 6 inches to attach it to the hula hoop. Maneuver the pine boughs to cover the craft wire or twist ties on the Christmas wreath.
