Instructions

    • 1

Wrap the belt around your wrist to get an idea of how much leather you need. Allow the bracelet to overlap 2 inches from where it comes together around your wrist.

    • 2

Cut the belt's ends at the determined measurement with a pair of leather cutting scissors. The extra 2 inches of belt are required in order to attach the snap button at the point of overlapping.

    • 3

Overlap the ends of the leather piece at the point where the bracelet needs to be attached to itself, and then drill a hole to match the size of your snap button. Place the overlapped leather piece onto a flat surface and drill through both sections completely.

    • 4

Hammer each side of the two-part snap button into the holes in the belt you have drilled, and then wiggle them into place. Press the button pieces together once they have been inserted to snap them together.

Tips & Warnings

  • Engrave the bracelet by soaking it in water for 20 minutes, and then hammering on top of the leather with engraving tools and a hammer to give the design a personalized look.
