How to Move Back a Layer in InDesign
InDesign's layers functionality enables the graphic designer to create stacks of elements on a page, book, magazine or other document. This is a convenient way to change certain elements in the file independently of one another. Complex designs can be edited more efficiently; special effects can be added to one layer, while another layer can be rearranged without disturbing other layers in the document. Moving a layer to the back of a stack allows access to other layers that were behind it.
