  • Honey and oat scrub:
  • 3 tsp. raw oats
  • Grinder
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • Small bowl

  • 1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 drop basil oil

  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. honey

  1. Honey and Oat Scrub

      Grind the raw oats into smaller particles. This can be done with a grinder or by hand.

      Mix the oats and honey together in a small bowl and stir well.

      Add the apple cider vinegar and basil oil and stir well.

      Apply the exfoliator to clean, dry skin.
