1
Wrap the handle of the spoon in an old rag. Wedge the wrapped handle into a clamp press and tighten so the spoon is held firmly in place. Wrapping the handle will prevent clamp press from damaging the spoon.
-
2
Saw the scoop end off of the handle using a hacksaw. Discard the scoop. Leave the handle in the press and file the sawed edge smooth by rounding the corners with a file.

3
Polish the filed edge using 400-grit sandpaper. Use the sandpaper to remove any scratches and file marks. Remove the handle from the clamp press and take off the rag.

4
Bend the spoon halfway over a piece of pipe that is approximately the same size as your wrist. The decorated side of the spoon should be on the outside of the bend. Finish bending the spoon with your hands to shape it into a bracelet. If you are unable to bend the spoon with your hands, insert the spoon into a bending machine. Follow the instructions provided with your bending machine. In most cases, you will need to install the correct size die into the machine and bend the spoon by pulling a lever.

5
Polish and buff the spoon with silver polish according to the polishes label instructions before wearing the antique spoon bracelet.
