1
Design a cocktail containing the two most important ingredients for an out-of-this-world cocktail, tonic water (which includes quinine, the glow-in-the-dark element) and pop rocks in the flavor of your choosing. In addition to these, you can choose the alcohol and mixer of your choice, but clear liquids, such as vodka and ginger ale, will allow the quinine to glow more brightly.

2
Use a clear cup or a translucent neon cup to maximize the visual aesthetic of the glowing drink. Dip the rim of the empty cup in warm water and then dip it into a bowl of crushed pop rocks. This will give the rim of your glass a tasty, pop rock edge.

3
Mix your liquor, mixer and tonic water into your cup. Be careful not to wash away the pop rock rim. The more tonic you include in the drink, the more it will glow, but be careful as not everyone enjoys the bitter flavor of tonic water. Mademan.com recommends making ice cubes out of the tonic water for a quick and easy way to make your cocktails translucent.

4
Position black lights throughout the party or event space to activate the phosphorescent chemical in the tonic. Position a black light directly over the cocktail table to give an aesthetically interesting display.
-
5
Add a rock candy stick stirrer to give the drink an extra, sweet touch and help mix together all of the cocktail elements.
