How to Hang a Baby Blanket on a Wall
Too many loose blankets in a baby's crib can pose potential threats to the child. This is why blankets are not recommended in the crib for decorations. Instead, hang handmade or themed baby blankets in your infant's nursery to add to the decor and show off the blankets without putting your child in harm's way. Hang the baby blanket with clips that won't alter or permanently damage it, especially if it is an heirloom or a special piece. Does this Spark an idea?

-
3
Decorate the clothespins or curtain clips to complement the blanket or the theme of the nursery. For example, create lions, monkeys and giraffes out of felt to glue onto the clips or pins for a jungle-themed nursery with a blanket featuring images of baby jungle animals.
-
4
Hold a small piece of foam on each side of the quilt and clip the curtain clip or clothespin to the blanket over the foam. The foam will protect the blanket from incurring permanent indentations.
-
5
Hang the clips or clothespins on the curtain rod, dowel or hooks. You may need to add the curtain clips or clothespins before putting the rod or dowel on the hardware, depending on the style of rod and hardware you're using.
