How to Get to Debug Mode on "Sonic & Knuckles"

"Sonic and Knuckles" is the fourth-game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series and was the first game in which Knuckles the Echidna made an appearance. Because of its cartridge-slot design, "Sonic and Knuckles" is able to connect with "Sonic the Hedgehog 2" and "Sonic the Hedgehog 3," allowing players to play through the games as Knuckles. Because of its ability to connect to those two games, both of which have debug modes, you can enter debug mode in "Sonic and Knuckles," which allows you to play as an invincible character as well as mess with the game by adding objects or playing in slow motion.
