How to Crochet a Diamond Applique
A crocheted diamond applique adds an interesting touch to a plain hat, belt or other accessory. The applique is similar to a crocheted square turned sideways and stretched out slightly to resemble a diamond shape. The chain stitch, slip stitch and triple stitch are necessary to crochet a diamond applique that is used to embellish homemade or store-bought items.
