How to Get ASC Certified
ARGUS software offers products for professionals in real estate and financial institutions to help manage information. They include programs for budgeting, lease management and portfolio management. To become ARGUS Software Certified, you must pass a basic and an advanced training course. You may attend live training events or learn the material in online classes. You must also pass an exam to become ASC certified. ARGUS Software offers a variety of study materials to help you earn your ASC certification.

Take a basic training course. You may take a two-day, instructor-led course, which is available in many different locations. At the time of publication, the cost for this training course is $1,100. If you cannot attend a live event, sign up for the online courses. You may choose an instructor-led online course or a self-paced course.

Pass the advanced training course. The live, instructor-led course is one full day and costs $700, at the time of publication. Otherwise, pass the online advanced training class.

Prepare for the certification examination by reviewing your notes from the training courses and studying the ARGUS case study manual.

Pass the ARGUS certification exam. At the time of publication, the exam fee was $350. You must achieve a score of 70 percent or higher to receive your certification. If your score is lower than this, you may retake the exam for a fee of $149. Exam registration is available through the ARGUS website.

Renew your ASC certification every two years. Pass an online, multiple-choice exam to renew your credentials. At the time of publication, the fee for recertification was $149.
