How to Make Multiple-Row Bead Stretch Bracelet
Stretch bracelets consist of beads or decorative charms and rondelles strung on a length of stretch cord and finished off with a knot or closure findings. Multiple-row bead stretch bracelets are bracelets composed of many rows of a basic stretch bracelet. Multirow stretch bracelets make much more of a visual impact on an outfit than single-row bracelets. You can make them as intricate and colorful as you wish. Stretch bracelets are relatively easy for anyone to make even if you have no jewelry-making experience.

1
Organize your beads in order on your work surface. Ideally, create one row of beads for each row on your stretch bracelet so you can get an idea of how well the combinations of colors and designs of the beads will work on your finished bracelet.
-
2
Measure a length of stretch cord for each row of your bracelet with your tape measure. The cord should be long enough to fit your wrist, plus an allowance of 1 inch or 2 inches for beading and tying off the bracelet. A length of 7 inches to 8 inches should be enough for most adult wrists.

-
3
String the beads for each row of the bracelet on to each length of stretch cord.
-
4
Line up your beaded rows of stretch cord in the order you wish them to have in the finished bracelet.
-
5
Ensure that the stretch cord lengths are even on both ends for all the rows and that the beads are evenly spaced.
-
6
Gather the lengths of stretch cord for all rows together with one set of ends in each hand.
-
7
Tie the two sets of ends together in one large, secure knot.
-
8
Cut off any excess stretch cord to just below the knot for a neater appearance.
-
9
Dab a few drops on glue on the knot to secure, if preferred.

Tips & Warnings
You can use a bead stopper on one end of the stretch cord to prevent the beads falling off the cord during the stringing process. If you use glue, wait for the glue to dry before wearing the bracelet.
