Turn off your computer.

Plug the USB cable from the Logitech ChillStream into an open USB port on your computer.

Press the "ChillStream" button below to the left of the D-pad to turn the fan to the "Low" setting. Tap the button again to set the fan to the "High" setting. Press the button a third time to turn off the ChillStream fan.
