Thank your bridesmaids with a luncheon.

Your wedding day is one of the most important, most memorable days in your life; only a handful of life experiences top this big day. In the days and weeks leading up to your wedding day you will find yourself immersed in luncheons, showers and parties of every variety. One such luncheon is your bridesmaids luncheon, which is the day you gather your bridesmaids for lunch to thank them for their time, devotion and friendship they’ve provided for you over the course of your lifetime and of course during your wedding planning. To make this luncheon a little more intimate and personal you can decorate the table for your ladies, even if you are dining at a public restaurant.

Instructions

Contact your florist to create a lovely and lavish bouquet of flowers to use as a centerpiece for the table. Include your wedding colors, your favorite flowers or your bridesmaids’ favorite flowers and place the bouquet in the center of the table. At the end of the luncheon allow your maid of honor to take the floral arrangement home with her as a thank-you for everything she’s done for you.

Place pretty gift bags at each place setting with gifts for each of your bridesmaids. If the table is decorated in a white cloth and white china, opt for a bold color for the gift bags. Fill the bags with artistically placed tissue paper and tie ribbons to the handles.

Frame photos of you and your bridesmaids in pretty frames and place them in the center of the table to act as centerpieces. Frame a group shot or frame individual shots of you with each of your bridesmaids. Allow them to take the photos home at the end of lunch.
