How to Get to Yahoo! Answers Through Websense

The Websense software provides Internet security to businesses by providing them with the ability to block access to websites on a company network. Yahoo! Answers is one such website that may be blocked by a corporation. A Web proxy website may be used to get to Yahoo! Answers on a computer protected with Websense. The proxy site hides your IP address, allowing you to visit websites anonymously.

Instructions

1. Open a Web browser and navigate to a Web proxy website. Free Web proxies include proxify.com, proxfree.com and proxeasy.com.

2. Type “Yahoo Answers” in the address bar located in the center of the page.

3. Press “Enter.” The Yahoo! Answers website launches within the proxy server on your computer.
