How to Get Facebook Page Notifications

Facebook has grown to include options for users to follow not only their friends, but also join Pages. Pages, not to be confused with Groups, are somewhat akin to profiles that are used by public figures and organizations. Facebook allows you to set custom notification settings for just about every aspect of Facebook, including Pages, so you can decide what type of updates you want to be notified of.

Instructions

1. Go to facebook.com and log into your account. Click the small arrow in the upper right corner of the screen next to your name and the "Home" button, then click "Account Settings."

2. Click "Notifications" in the left side bar, then scroll down to "Pages" located under the "All Notifications" category. Click "Edit" to the right of "Pages" to see the notification options appear.

3. Check the boxes underneath the blue envelope for the type of notifications you want to receive. If you want to customize individual Pages, click "Change email settings for individual Pages." When you are finished, click the blue "Save Changes" button.
