1
Create sharp dinosaur teeth out of white felt. Cut about six large triangles. Apply a line of hot glue along the top of the sweatshirt's hood, then attach the teeth.
-
2
Add a dab of hot glue to the back side of the googly eyes. Stick them to the top of the hood to give the costume its eyes.

3
Obtain one pair of sweatpants. Rip out the pants' center seam and cut the waist so you have just one leg. Use scissors to remove the elastic at the waist and ankle, then trim the piece of fabric so it is more triangular, like a tail. Re-sew the tail, leaving just the end near the waist open. Fill the tail with cotton batting to give it more dimension, then sew the tail to the rear of the other pair of sweatpants.

4
Decorate the costume with some fabric paint. Paint lines or a series of diamonds down the back of the costume. Polka dots also work.
