Instructions

    • 1

Create a wrestling ring look to the party room. Hang two or three rows of thick red or blue rope loosely along the walls of the room. Tape a poster board cutout of a major wrestling organization's logo, such as WWE or TNA, to the floor in the center of the room.

    • 2

Hang posters of famous wrestlers around the room. If you can get any life-size cardboard cutouts of wrestlers, the guests can take pictures with them.

    • 3

Decorate with colors associated with the birthday boy or girl's favorite wrestler. For instance, if she likes Hulk Hogan, decorate with a red or yellow tablecloth, plasticware and colored confetti. You can also purchase paper plate sets with a wrestling theme or featuring a famous wrestler at party stores or online.

    • 4

Place poster board cutouts of championship wrestling belts along the walls as well. You can also have the kids create and decorate their own championship belts as an activity during the party.

    • 5

Attach balloons to the mailbox, fence or some other outdoor location to help guests find the place. Use balloons in the color of the wrestling organization you follow. WWE has a red, white and black color scheme, for example.

Tips & Warnings

  • Rent a boxing ring bounce house if the party will be outdoors for the kids to jump around in.

  • Encourage kids to come dressed up like their favorite wrestler on the invitation.

  • Order or decorate a cake to look like a wrestling ring, using clean, plastic wrestling toys as cake toppers.

  • Emphasize that there is to be no real wrestling going on between the children for their safety.
