How to Disinfect a Pimple Extractor
Pimple extractor tools are long, needle-like metal tools used to aid in the removal of pimples. One end of the extractor features a sharp point that is used to pierce full, prominent pimples. The other has a small circular loop that is used to apply pressure to the skin around the pimple and slowly push out the pus. To avoid the spread of acne or infection, the entire extractor tool should be disinfected before and after each use. Does this Spark an idea?

Fill a small dish with rubbing alcohol. Any other antiseptic wash, such as hydrogen peroxide or isopropyl alcohol, can be substituted.

Place the extractor into the dish. Agitate the tool within the solution, using a pair of long tweezers, for several minutes.

Lift out the tool using the tweezers and place it on a gauze pad. Wrap the edges of the pad around the tool to dry it.

Repeat the above steps before and after each extraction.

Avoid sharing your pimple extractor tool with family or friends.
Never use an extraction tool that appears rusty, as this can cause a serious infection.
