How to Make a White Wig From Paper
When learning the art of making an elegant-looking wig, it is advisable to practice a few times until you are comfortable with the process. However, obtaining lifelike hair can be expensive, and assembling it into a wig can be time consuming. If you are just learning the basics of how a wig will sit on a person's head, you may want to start with something inexpensive and easy to produce. Fortunately, it is possible to fashion a passable wig out of plain white paper.

2

3
Secure each strip around the top of your mannequin's head, positioning them in the manner you will want your wig to sit on your head.
-
4
Wrap a thicker strip of paper around the central nexus point of the wig and secure it on its top edge to keep the tape from the individual strips from sticking in your hair.

Try on your wig and check a mirror to see if you like how it looks. Make any necessary adjustments on the mannequin's head.

Tips & Warnings
The mannequin's head is not necessary. You can, of course, fashion the wig on your own head or on a table without the aid of a head. It does, however, help you to avoid getting tape stuck in your hair.
