How to Make Headbands for the Bridesmaids
Create custom headbands for your bridesmaids to wear during the wedding. You can then let your bridesmaids keep the headbands as mementos of the special day. Save time by purchasing satin or velvet headbands in your wedding colors and gluing on purchased silk or ribbon flowers. The headbands work up quickly with a simple arrangement of five flowers artfully placed off center. Once you see how easy the headbands are to make, you’ll be making them for yourself to wear for special occasions other than your wedding day.

- Satin or velvet headbands in wedding colors
- 1 large silk or ribbon rose in your main wedding color

Tips & Warnings
Select embellishments so that colors are proportionate in the amount of each color used on the headband. If you have three wedding colors, use a large central flower in one color, smaller flowers in the second color and then add a little of the third color with accents such as ribbons.
