DIY Vintage Inspired Wedding Decoration

Instructions

1. Cover the guest book table with a lace tablecloth. Arrange different vintage frames around the guestbook. Include photos of the bride and groom's great-grandparents, grandparents and parents on their wedding day. You could also add a framed black-and-white photo of the bride and groom.

2. Choose a centerpiece for the entry table. Consider purchasing an antique tray and covering it with tea lights and glass bottles in varying sizes. Place single flower buds in the glass bottles and light the tealights. Another option is to use an old hatbox as a centerpiece. Surround it with some loose flower buds to complete the look.

3. Purchase enough antique-looking handkerchiefs for each of your guests. Have them monogrammed with the name of the bride and groom, and the wedding date. Place one handkerchief at each place setting.

4. Place antique trunks around the reception area to enhance the ambiance. Put vintage-looking cushions on top of the trunks so that guests can use them for seating.

5. Decorate your cake in a lace pattern. Choose a vintage cake topper, such as a ceramic bride and groom in attire from a previous era, such as the 1950s.
