How to Make or Remake Crayons
Children do not always take great care of their crayons, and even careful young artists end up with dull, blunt crayons after a few pages in their favorite coloring book. But, crayons are easy to recycle. They melt easily and harden to a like-new consistency. Remaking old crayons into new ones is a great way to save money on crayons at home, and it is a craft that kids will love. Now, unless you buy a special crayon mold, the newly remade crayons will probably be the round shape of a cupcake, but that should not stop kids from loving to use them.

Tips & Warnings
Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray before adding the broken crayons. This will keep them from sticking to the muffin tin when they cool.
If you want to create new colors or swirling, multicolored crayons, just don't sort the crayons by color. Put all kinds of different colored crayons into each muffin tin.
