How to Decorate a Paper Snowman for a Toddler

1
Draw a snowman figure using three circle shapes on a piece of white paper or card stock. You might also tape three small paper plates together to create the snowman's body.
-
2
Glue two plastic googly eyes on the top circle. Cut a triangle shape out of orange construction paper and glue it under the eyes as a carrot nose.

3
Create the snowman's smiling mouth using a black marker. Glue three black pom poms down the center of the second circle as buttons.

4
Cut plaid fabric into a long strip and knot it in the middle. Place a dab of craft glue on the back of the knot and press it onto the paper, in between the first and second circles, as the snowman's scarf.
