- Ruffled ribbon
- Pillow
- Needle and thread
- Glue gun

Ribbons are an inexpensive embellishment. Place your ribbons on your pillow. Move them around and experiment with a few different positions of the ribbon on the pillow by pinning them into place and comparing the placements.

Anchor your ribbon with a needle and thread Pin the ribbons into place on your pillow once you've decided the best position for the ribbons. Using a straight pin or safety pins, pin the ribbon to the pillow through the back of the ribbon.

Sewing the ribbon on is the most stable method. Attach the ribbon to your pillow, using a dab of glue from a glue gun or sewing through the back of the ribbon with needle and thread. Make sure the glue or thread is not visible from the front of the pillow for a polished look.
