How to Make a Cute Anklet
If you want a cute anklet to wear in the warm months or whenever your anklets are showing, you should make a beaded anklet with multiple strands. Multi-strand jewelry is eye catching because it is larger and appears to be a set of more than one individual piece. Use different colors of beads to create an anklet to add color to a casual outfit or make an anklet using the same one or two colors to design a more formal accessory.

1
Measure and cut six pieces of beaded elastic cord — of which each must be 1 foot long. Line up the ends of those cords and tie an overhand knot in the group of string, about 1 inch away from one end.

2
Add small round beads onto each string and slide them all the way down. Use the same colors or color pattern for the beads on all of the strings, or make them different on each string to design a multicolored anklet. Use "E" beads, which are round and large enough to have a hole for the elastic cord to fit through.

3
Tie an overhand knot in each elastic cord when you have 1 inch of bare cord left at the ends. Make an overhand knot by making a loop where you want the knot to be, feeding the ends of the cord through the loop and pulling the cord to tighten it. Tie the knot right after the last bead; tie the overhand knot twice to make it big enough, so that the beads do not slip off the end of the cord.
-
4
Hold one end of the group of beaded elastic cords and hold the other end of the group in your other hand. Twist the two ends in different directions to give the group of beaded cords a twirled look. Tie together the two ends of the group in two tight overhand knots. Trim the excess length at both ends with a scissors.

5
Dab the knot with epoxy adhesive to make sure the knot never unravels. Wait 24 hours before wearing your cute multi-strand anklet. To put on the anklet bracelet, stretch the elastic anklet gently over your foot.
