Spread the fabric out across the child's body at the front and back and pin it under his arms and down both sides with safety pins. Hot glue pom poms to the safety pins to add decorative detail.

4
Secure the toga in place around the waist with length of cord or rope braid in a bright contrasting color. Glue large pom poms to the ends of the cord with fabric glue.

5
Add flip flops with small pom poms hot glued to the straps. Make a matching garland by twisting a length of florist's wire into a circle that fits tightly on the child's head. Hot glue pom poms and fabric flowers to the garland and secure it in place with bobby pins.
