How to Add a Scene or Title at the Front of a Project in Adobe Premiere Elements 4

If you're looking to add scenes or titles to a project you're working on using Adobe Premiere Elements 4, a basic video editing program, you will find that these tasks can be accomplished with little fuss. To get started, have your project open and ready to edit in your Sceneline, also called a "storyboard" or "timeline." Also have your media imported to your Premiere Elements 4 Organizer.
