DIY Paper Corsage
A beautiful corsage can be the piece de resistance of any type of elegant attire. Unfortunately, this beauty not only fades, it dies. A paper corsage is not seasonal, it never wilts and can be a keepsake that stands the test of time. A homemade corsage is creative, fun and can be a nice little gift for that special person in your life.

1
Draw a shape on the paper that resembles a lemon that is 2 inches wide, and 1 1/2 inches long. These are the petals of the flower. Repeat this at least 11 times, and then cut out the petals
-
2
Wrap one of the petals into the shape of a tube, and glue it together. Take another petal and squeeze the ends so that it resembles an open cone. The cone should be close to the tube.

3
Glue the lower portion of the wings, the long rounded sides of the lemon-shaped petal, to the bottom part of the tube shaped petal. Repeat this process five times around the tube-shaped petal. The petals should overlap around the tube, and appear to extend out farther away from the center as it would in a real flower.
-
4
Curl the last three petals with a pencil and glue them, one at a time, around the other petals you completed. The petal tips should curl out.
-
5
Draw and cut out three green leaves, and glue them evenly spaced around the bottom of the completed corsage. Glue the broach pin to the bottom of the green leaves
