Troubleshooting the Presario SR1115CL

Restart your computer. This resets minor settings that may be causing errors on your computer. If the problems still persist, move on to the recovery options.

Remove any hardware devices connected to the USB ports on the computer. Restart your computer again and press the "F10" key repeatedly once the "Compaq" logo appears on the screen. The recovery menu appears.
